►Product Overview

The CKTB100 Transformer Smart Terminal is primarily designed for 10KV transformers and can perform intelligent data collection, gathering current, voltage, zero sequence, switch status, open/close position, thermal diagnosis, environmental conditions, temperature, and humidity. It also includes switch temperature detection, remote intelligent control, and communication functions, providing convenient and reliable connectivity to other systems for communication. It can also conveniently and reliably connect to other systems for communication, utilizing big data and Internet technologies. Based on private networks or Internet platforms, it features an innovative thermal accumulation model and an AI technology system, enabling remote monitoring of customer terminals and intelligent devices in hydropower stations, thereby forming an intelligent power station IoT. This provides access to a remote monitoring service center that offers a wide range of high-quality functions, including online remote diagnostics, product remote upgrades, and Internet monitoring services.

►Product Features

The CKTB100 transformer smart terminal utilizes the STM32F767IGT6, a 32-bit ARM + DSP M7 dual-core high-speed controller, equipped with 32M of SDRAM and 32M of FLASH, ensuring more stable and reliable operation. It employs ADI's AD7606 for the acquisition of current, voltage, and zero sequence current, and features real-time monitoring of switch status, open/close position, thermal diagnosis, environment, temperature and humidity, bus temperature detection, as well as remote intelligent control and communication functions.
