The CKWZ-12 outdoor AC high-voltage vacuum circuit breaker is a new generation of outdoor vacuum circuit breakers developed by ourselves on the basis of fully absorbing the advanced technology of column circuit breakers at home and abroad, combined with the application needs of my country's power equipment.
The CKWZ-12 outdoor AC high-voltage vacuum circuit breaker is an outdoor power distribution equipment with a rated voltage of 12kV and 50Hz three-phase AC. It is mainly used for breaking and closing the load current, overload current and short-circuit current in the power distribution network, and can realize the protection of distribution network automation in steps. It is a novel equipment in the distribution network. It is suitable for protection and control in the power distribution system of substations and industrial and mining enterprises, and is more suitable for rural power grids and places with frequent operations, especially for the needs of urban and rural power grid construction and transformation.

►Structural Features

Exquisite design: The circuit breaker adopts a three-phase pillar structure, with stable and reliable breaking performance, no combustion and explosion hazards, maintenance-free, small size, light weight and long service life.

Strong applicability: The circuit breaker adopts a fully enclosed structure with good sealing performance, which helps to improve moisture-proof and anti-condensation performance, and is particularly suitable for use in cold or humid areas.

Safe and reliable: The three-phase pillars and current transformers use imported outdoor epoxy resin solid insulation, or use indoor epoxy resin and silicone rubber solid insulation. It has the characteristics of high and low temperature resistance, UV resistance, and aging resistance.

Stable performance: The operating mechanism adopts a miniaturized spring operating mechanism, the energy storage motor has low power, and the energy consumption of opening and closing is low; the mechanism transmission adopts direct transmission, with a small number of parts and high reliability. The operating mechanism is placed in a sealed chassis, which solves the problem of rust on the operating mechanism and improves the reliability of the mechanism.

Convenient operation: The opening and closing operations of the circuit breaker can be operated manually or electrically and remotely. It can be matched with an intelligent controller to realize power distribution automation, and can also be combined with a reclosing controller to form an automatic recloser and a sectionalizer.

Easy to expand: The circuit breaker can be equipped with two-phase or three-phase current transformers for overcurrent protection and short-circuit protection, and can also provide current collection models for intelligent controllers; current transformers for metering can be added according to user requirements.
