►Overview
The CKBM-1000 (BMU) Battery Management Slave Module is a slave control module with integrated passive balancing functionality designed for lithium battery management systems. This module provides real-time monitoring of individual cell voltage and temperature, along with thermal management and passive balancing capabilities. It can form a highly flexible battery management system through CAN communication with the master control unit (BCU). Suitable for energy storage systems or power stations using materials such as lead-acid, lithium iron phosphate, ternary lithium, and lithium titanate as battery media.

►Product features
Supports voltage monitoring for 64 strings of individual battery cells (single cells)
Supports 64-channel NTC (10K) temperature monitoring
Supports passive balancing using energy consumption balancing technology, enabling simultaneous discharge balancing of multiple individual battery cells within the battery pack, with a balancing current of 100mA, and the balancing energy of individual cells can be measured
Supports low-power consumption mode for data acquisition, with quiescent current in low-power mode reduced to 50μA or lower
Supports alarm functions for power supply/individual cell voltage (overvoltage, under-voltage), temperature (overtemperature), communication failures, etc.
Supports balancing fault detection
Supports detection function for disconnection of the acquisition harness (voltage, temperature)
