►Overview

The CK-NLPL-52 Standard Module is a liquid-cooled battery module utilizing a battery plug-in box structure. It features specifications of 166.4V/280Ah or 314Ah and integrates four 1P13S battery modules, BMU, liquid cooling plate, and MSD. The product is mature, reliable, and highly versatile. It is compatible with 261kWh, 522kWh, and 1044kWh commercial and industrial energy storage cabinets, and can also be used in 5MWh containerized energy storage systems and 2.088MWh AC/DC integrated units, meeting multi-scenario energy storage system integration requirements.

High Compatibility

Strong battery cell compatibility, supporting mainstream 280Ah and 314Ah battery cell products.

System voltage range approximately 145.6-187.2V, compatible with most existing inverter equipment.

Modular design enabling flexible combination into larger system capacities.

Supports multi-unit series/parallel connection, facilitating capacity expansion from 46kWh~52kWh.

This solution is compatible with 160Ah sodium battery cells, offering a capacity of 23 kWh.

Aerogel thermal insulation material: Fully deployed between battery cells to prevent thermal heat spread.

Consistency assurance

Intelligent Temperature Control System: Ensures operating temperature consistency with cell temperature differential below 5°C.

Periodic self-calibration: Automatic calibration of voltage and temperature sensors.

Protection class reaches IP67.

Effectively isolates coolant leakage risks and reduces internal/external temperature difference.

Prevents condensate water intrusion from causing system short-circuits or malfunctions, ensuring stable thermal management system operation.

Efficient Liquid-Cooled Heat Dissipation Technology enables real-time precision control to maintain optimal battery operating temperature, enhancing overall performance and stability.

Cycle life greater than 6000 cycles (SOH80%, DOD90%).
